I assure you that is not what is happening. People that have never been through this situation cannot possibly understand the endless multitudes of symptoms associated with this issue. The right ear seems evil as shit, more evil than the left. The upper right corner seems to be helpful sometimes but this is not definitive at all so be careful and notice the differences for yourself but NEVER FULLY TRUST ANY OF THEM.

Most do not report this because of stupid questions and assumption like this question & the stigma associated with these things.
